Mike Greene, ABR, GRI, is a Broker Associate and Vice President with Sirius Realty LLC, serving buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals throughout Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina. With nearly 30 years of real estate experience and more than $100 million in career sales, Mike brings extensive market knowledge, strong negotiating skills, and a genuine commitment to helping people make confident real estate decisions.
Mike began his real estate career in 1997, earning Rookie of the Year honors. During his career, he has been recognized as a multi-year Chairman’s Circle Award recipient and a Prudential Legend Award winner. However, Mike believes his greatest professional accomplishments are the relationships he has built and the families he has helped along the way.
In addition to serving his clients, Mike is a trainer, mentor, and coach for the agents at Sirius Realty. His leadership philosophy centers on relationships, personal service, and helping agents build successful businesses through consistency, referrals, and an exceptional client experience. Mike believes great leaders do more than manage people—they teach, encourage, and help others recognize their God-given potential.
That same philosophy has guided Mike through approximately 30 years of coaching youth baseball. For him, coaching has never been solely about wins and losses. It has been about teaching young people teamwork, discipline, perseverance, accountability, and the importance of doing things the right way. The lessons Mike learned on the baseball field continue to influence how he serves his clients and coaches real estate professionals today.
At the center of Mike’s life is his faith in Jesus Christ. His faith shapes the way he strives to live, lead, serve others, and conduct his business—with honesty, compassion, humility, and integrity. He believes that the talents, opportunities, and relationships he has been given are blessings and that true success is measured by the positive difference we make in the lives of others.
Mike’s family is one of his greatest blessings. His most cherished roles are being a husband, father, and grandfather. The love and support of his family keep him grounded and continually remind him of what matters most. Whether spending time with his family, serving through his church and community, coaching young people, or helping clients and agents achieve their goals, Mike seeks to honor his faith and leave a lasting, positive impact.
Whether he is helping a family find the right home, guiding a seller through an important transition, mentoring an agent, encouraging a young athlete, or enjoying time with his family, Mike’s purpose remains the same: to serve God by serving people, build meaningful relationships, and make a difference wherever he is called.
