My goal as a real estate professional is simple: combine the best of today’s technology with a genuine, relationship-focused approach to create an exceptional experience for every client I serve. Whether I’m helping a family find the perfect place to call home, assisting a seller in moving on to their next chapter, or guiding a business owner through an important transition, I believe every move matters.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the Greenville real estate market, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals, families, and business owners achieve their goals. Through changing markets and unique situations, I’ve learned that real estate is about much more than property—it’s about people, dreams, and new beginnings.
One of the greatest joys of my career is watching families realize the dream of homeownership. There’s something special about seeing a child excitedly choose their new bedroom or run through a backyard for the very first time. Those moments remind me why I love what I do.
For sellers, I bring a combination of experience, proven systems, strategic marketing, and cutting-edge technology to position their home in front of the largest pool of qualified buyers. My goal is always to help clients maximize value while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
On the commercial side of the real estate table, I work with restaurant owners and future owners to locate the ideal location for their cuisine. I enjoy helping entrepreneurs find the right location to launch or grow their business and assisting business owners as they prepare to sell and move on to new opportunities. Watching a client achieve a lifelong goal is incredibly rewarding. Over the years, many of my clients have become lifelong friends, and that’s one of the greatest blessings of this profession.
As a Greenville native, I love introducing newcomers to everything that makes our community special—from the beauty of Falls Park and the charm of downtown Greenville to the scenic trails of Caesar’s Head and the countless outdoor activities our area offers. Greenville is a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family, and I’m proud to call it home.
On a personal note, my wife, Joni, and I have been married for more than 48 years. Together, we’ve experienced 15 relocations of our own, giving us firsthand insight into both the excitement and challenges that come with moving. We have two grown sons, enjoy spending time with our family, staying active in our church and community, and taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors. I’ve also had the privilege of coaching youth baseball for nearly 30 years, an experience that has taught me the value of patience, teamwork, and investing in others.
